Charms will move around leather band as they are not secured.
To determine your wrist size you can wrap a tape measure, flexible ruler or string around your wrist. 
Once you have measured your wrist, to find your bracelet size it is a general rule to add 2cm to the original measurement. Always test against your wrist once you have the final measurement size.
